My husband and I started looking during a confusing time in the housing market where prices and interest rates were changing unpredictably. Matt was there with us the whole way, providing the best advice he could offer, while humble and honest that he could not predict everything with the dynamic market. He was always honest sharing his opinion on why he felt certain houses would or would not work for us. His opinions were always in our best interests. His unique insights into construction also were incredibly helpful in either showing us flaws we did not recognize, or calming our concerns when something we thought was a flaw, was actually not a big deal. Most importantly, he does not see the relator relationship as ending as soon as the purchase is complete. He would still check in with us after the purchase and helped us find different contractors to help with our various needs. If we ever need to purchase a house again, we will definitely use Matt, but we really do not see that coming as he already helped us find our forever home."
